Diffuser: Getting Started + FAQs

Quick Start: 3 steps to your first scent.

1. Charge it fully first

Plug in the included USB-C cable. A full charge takes about 3-5 hours. The green indicator light glows steady when it's ready.

2. Attach your oil

Press the button on the bottom of the unit firmly until the nozzle releases. Then remove it.

Remove the cap from your Grow Oil Refill and thread it firmly onto the nozzle. Snug, not forced. Do not over-tighten.

Align the ▲ symbols on the nozzle and diffuser, then push the nozzle in until it clicks into place.

3. Power on + choose your intensity

Press and hold the button on the side until the display lights up.

Press the strength button on the right to choose your mist level. Press the timing button on the left to set how long it runs.

Home 1 is subtle, for small spaces.

Home 2 is our recommended default.

Home 3 fills a larger room.

Car is a shorter, tighter burst for enclosed spaces. Press and hold to turn off.

Common Questions

How long does one oil last?

Between 30 and 60 days, depending on your setting. Home 1 stretches it longer. Home 3 fills a bigger space and uses more.

Is it safe around kids and pets?

Our oils are plant-based and the diffuser uses no heat, so there's no burn risk. That said, the concentrated oil and small parts aren't meant for little hands or curious paws. Keep the diffuser and refills out of reach.

How do I clean my diffuser?

Quick clean: Fill empty oil bottle halfway with ethyl alcohol (plain vodka 80-proof or higher is a perfect household substitute). Run until empty, then wipe nozzle with a soft dry cloth

Deep clean: Fill empty oil bottle with ethyl alcohol, let it sit for a few hours, then run until empty.

How do I know when to charge it?

The indicator light flashes when battery is low. Plug into any 5V USB source. A full charge takes 3–5 hours. The indicator stays steady green when it's complete.

Can I switch scents any time?

Yes. Twist the current oil off, twist a new one on. Store the one you're pausing with its cap on to keep it fresh.

Do I need to shake the oil?

No. Our oils are blended to work straight from the bottle.

The scent seems weak. What's happening?

A few things to check:

The oil level
Your strength setting (try increasing strength)
The room size
If output has decreased over time, it's probably time to clean the nozzle.

What's the warranty?

Your diffuser is covered for 12 months from purchase against manufacturing defects. Does not cover accidental damage or use of non-Grow oils. If something's not right, write to us and we'll take care of it!

Quick fixes

It's not misting.

Check three things, in order: battery charged, oil seated firmly, mode turned on.

The scent seems faint.

Check the oil level first, then try bumping up to Home 2 or Home 3. If output has gradually decreased over time, the nozzle likely needs a clean. See the cleaning steps in the FAQ above.
